The One Day Diet is based on eating ‘chocolate or vanilla diet wafers’ every 2 hours, every second day instead of regular meals. The One Day Diet also suggests on these days you also eat any raw fruits that you like, plus at least 8 glasses of water. Every second day, is normal eating day where the One Day Diet suggests you eat as you normally would.
