How does the One Day Diet work?
The One Day
Diet is based on eating ‘chocolate or vanilla diet wafers’
every 2 hours, every second day instead of regular meals. The
One Day Diet also suggests on these days you also eat any raw
fruits that you like, plus at least 8 glasses of
water. Every second day, is normal eating day where the
One Day Diet suggests you eat as you normally would.

Diet also encourages regular exercise habits. The One Day
Diet is designed to keep your body ‘from knowing it’s on a
diet’! This in turn, prevents your metabolism from slowing down,
and is said to help you lose weight without gaining it
