How is Sports Fitness different from general fitness?

Sports fitness is a higher impact, higher-level type of training than everyday general training for everyday people. If you are an everyday person who wants to look and feel your best, you don’t need to have the sports fitness level of energy.

Mainly athletes or anyone competing on a high level would need a sports fitness level of very high energy to sustain the output of energy for the required amount of time. For the everyday person, general lower level sports fitness is enough to gain good results.
